Note: The magnificent brick church, completed in 1860, is listed
on the National Register of Historic Places. The earlier frame church, which
had been relocated to St. Joseph Cemetery No. 1, was moved again in 1997
to 1516 Jackson Avenue, where it is used as a Chapel.
